## Description

The IT Technician is responsible for providing support to Derby City Gaming for operating system requirements., * Sets up new hardware such as personal computers, printers, servers, phones, etc.

 * Installs and troubleshoots company approved software and web applications
 * Assists with programming copiers for scanning and emailing documents
 * Provides quality customer service to our users through problem resolution and process demonstration.
 * Educates users to reduce recurring issues by offering solutions to problems in a proactive way.
 * Provides onsite support for the gaming facility, including weekend and night-shift work.
 * Administers server-based systems across all departments.
 * Creates and maintains technical documentation.
