## About the Role

Candidate should have helpdesk and account provisioning experience
Communication with customers or external parties
Working knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Meraki and Splunk is required
Remote management
Software distribution experience
General network troubleshooting
Experience with Financial, payments or fraud detection systems preferred
POS Support experience especially with Oracle Simphony preferred

## Description

Provide support for PED rollout
Ensure operational stability and minimal down time of core Retail Payment systems daily
Document and share the steps of resolutions
Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology and store partners
Communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers
Ability to effectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectives
Upholds company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements
