The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job. ## Description As a Senior Software Engineering Manager within Redwood's Technology organization, you will lead engineering teams responsible for the Brokerage and Managed Services platforms. You will own engineering execution, operational excellence, and delivery predictability while developing engineering talent and partnering across Product, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions that support Redwood's 4PL operating model.
