## Description

Job Description: We're seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Technical Specialist to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations. The role focuses on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD/WSD, and SPM modules, with responsibilities spanning configuration, scripting, workflow design, and system maintenance. You'll work with business analysts and end-users to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while following ITIL-aligned practices and maintaining clear documentation. Most work is remote, with occasional on-site needs in the Raleigh area., * Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD/WSD, SPM)

 * Configure forms, workflows, and custom scripting; implement integrations via APIs/web services
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in scripts, workflows, and integrations
 * Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and integrations
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
 * Apply best practices for development, testing, and change management
 * Participate in upgrades and maintenance with minimal business disruption
