This role specializes in supporting technical implementation of our software including configuration, training, testing, and troubleshooting support. This role will fill a multitude of roles involving escalated client interaction, collaboration with manager to ensure continuity of work and oversight for the functional team, as well as interface with other collaborative departments as a lead product support representative within the designated SitusAMC operational structure.
