## About the Role

The School District of Denmark is looking for an individual to provide front-line technical support across district buildings. This entry-level role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and a desire to troubleshoot and learn. Associate degree in IT Technology support or related field preferred., * Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or technology experience preferred.

 * Customer Service & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with staff and students.
 * Organization & Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain high attention to detail.
 * Compliance & Privacy: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to district policies, including FERPA and COPPA guidelines for student data privacy.
 * Adaptability & Learning: Strong willingness to learn basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Technical Familiarity (Preferred): Basic familiarity with Apple devices, Windows OS, Chromebooks, and general educational technology systems.

## Description

* Help Desk Support: Manage daily help desk requests across 3 district buildings, assisting teachers and students with account logins, password resets, and routine tech issues.
 * Customer Service & Ticketing: Answer phone calls, log and manage incoming help desk tickets, and collaborate effectively with staff and IT team members.
 * Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain device inventory, track district hardware, and manage daily loaner equipment systems and deployment.
