* Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
 * 2+ years of software development
 * Demonstrate Level 2 competency in Software Development, Engineering Practices, Quality Practices, and Solution Development
 * Proven knowledge through educational and/or professional experience one or more of the following areas: Web application and Web Services development (C#, Java, etc.), .NET, (VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#) and Java
 * Strong communication skills
 * Exposure to various software development approaches, including agile
 * Must be open to getting Guidewire Certified. CIG will support and pay for the certification.
