* A degree in Computer Science or a related field completed (or completing) between December 2024 and September 2026
 * Evidence that you build: internships, shipped side projects, open-source contributions, hackathon results - include links (GitHub, live apps, write-ups)
 * Strong CS fundamentals and the ability to pick up new languages and systems quickly
 * Genuine excitement about crypto and DeFi - no prior crypto experience required
 * Able to work from our New York office 5 days per week
