## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products
 * 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming to build modular and scalable testing libraries
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including AI or ML validation
 * Experience building and evaluating outputs and performance of advanced analytics, including LLMs or agentic AI
 * Experience working on classified networks in support of DoD or IC clients
 * Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
 * Ability to visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership, highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria clearly
 * Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
 * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing, or 12+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience reviewing and evaluating technical documentation for compliance with applicable standards
 * Experience developing and executing TEVV procedures
 * Experience evaluating AI system performance, robustness, and fairness
 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

## Description

Lead advanced data science projects for national security: design and evaluate AI/ML (including LLMs/agentic AI), develop TEVV and validation processes, analyze classified network data, communicate risks to leadership, and guide teams to mission outcomes.
