## Description

Provide day-to-day end-user support in a fast-growing, cloud-first environment. Own onboarding/offboarding, SaaS administration, hardware deployment, and IT support while helping scale operations as the company grows., * Provide L1/L2 end-user support

 * Manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle
 * Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom
 * Resolve tickets via ticketing platform and Slack
 * Support RBAC, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
 * Maintain inventory and asset management
 * Support Zoom Rooms and conference room AV
 * Assist with networking troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
