You will act as a technical resource, solving complex issues and driving ongoing improvements. You'll own onboarding/offboarding, strengthen documentation, and lead cross-functional initiatives. This role blends hands-on support with proactive infrastructure enhancements, supporting Komodo's mission to reduce the global burden of disease.
