## About the Role

* Experience providing Level II desktop/technical support
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals
 * Experience with equipment deployment, imaging, and refreshes
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
 * Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer-service skills
 * Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday during 1st shift

## Description

We are seeking a Level II Desktop Support professional to support daily depot operations. The role will provide hands-on technical support, manage ServiceNow incidents and requests, deploy and maintain equipment, and assist with hardware and application troubleshooting., * Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and application issues
 * Deploy, image, configure, and perform QA on equipment
 * Support new hires, equipment upgrades, refreshes, and asset updates
 * Provide iPhone and peripheral support
 * Perform equipment repairs and hardware maintenance
 * Receive, inventory, and store new hardware from vendors
 * Prepare and ship equipment for returns
 * Support daily depot operations and other technical tasks as needed
