This role centers on data pipeline engineering, ETL/ELT development, and AI-enablement across the Firm's core systems. The role is approximately 70% new development / 30% maintenance, supporting practice and business operations across the Firm., The ideal candidate is fluent in the Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), thrives in a Lakehouse environment, and is excited to operationalize AI-driven data products. The role requires strong collaboration skills, a governance-first mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate complex data issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. SharePoint Online / SPFx experience is a plus but not required.
