Within EAA, the CX Customer Administration Engineering team owns an internal platform used by CX, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to manage customer accounts, access permissions, and operational workflows. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll own access operations and permissions governance for this internal tool, designing and maintaining role-based access models, driving security remediation toward least-privilege controls, and partnering with engineering to ensure new features launch with the right entitlements in place. What you'll do: * Own access operations end-to-end, including group administration, role and persona mapping, approval routing, and access triage for internal teams. * Drive security remediation programs, moving user access toward least-privilege models through RBAC controls and mitigating high-risk user access. * Partner with product and engineering to translate new feature launches into permission models, entitlement updates, and operational readiness plans. * Author and maintain runbooks, access matrices, and support documentation that enable internal teams to self-serve and reduce repeat access requests. * Identify tooling and process gaps in access operations and convert them into structured engineering or operational work items with clear scope, priority, and measurable targets. ## Related Videos - [APIs and Architecture for scaling omnichannel payments](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/90-apis-and-architecture-for-scaling-omnichannel-payments) - [Full-stack role-based authorization in 45 minutes](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/312-full-stack-role-based-authorization-in-45-minutes) - [Starting business without breaking the bank: Self hosted OSS productivity ecosystem](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1219-starting-business-without-breaking-the-bank-self-hosted-oss-productivity-ecosystem) - [Inside Bitpanda's Tech Stack: Scaling a European Fintech Leader - Markus Dorner](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1979-inside-bitpanda-s-tech-stack-scaling-a-european-fintech-leader-markus-dorner) - [How to govern Vibe Coding for the Enterprise](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100290-how-to-govern-vibe-coding-for-the-enterprise) - [Strong decisions - decisive distinctions between digital and analog aspects](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1687-strong-decisions-decisive-distinctions-between-digital-and-analog-aspects) ## Related Articles - [Should Tech Managers Be Developers First?
