TEAM & LEADERSHIP SKILLS * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong mentoring skills, with a track record of helping engineers grow technically and navigate ambiguity. * Self-starter attitude with the ability to make sound decisions independently and drive alignment across teams. * Effective at driving outcomes across cross-functional teams while maintaining strong working relationships. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment where the roadmap itself is still being defined.
