## About the Role

Must-Have Requirements:

 * Security Clearance: Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
 * Microsoft Certifications (Mandatory):
 * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
 * Cybersecurity Compliance (DoD 8570 / 8140):
 * Active IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, or CCNA-Security) - or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of start.
Senior Power BI and Power Platform Developer to develop dashboards and other data management solutions utilizing clients SharePoint data libraries.

 * Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Certification;
 * DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 60-days of start;
 * Proficiency in Power FX, Power Automate, item-level permissions, and ability to translate legacy excel (or other app) template forms into streamlined, mobile-responsive interfaces;
 * A minimum of 5 years' experience in Power BI, Power Platform, and SharePoint Development; and
 * A minimum of 3 years' experience in sensitive data handling, and data migration/modernization.

Highly Desired / Bonus Qualifications:

 * Prior experience supporting Défense, military command, or enterprise federal environments.
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.

Work Schedule & Location

 * On-Site Requirement: Required on-site at least 3 days per week at customer facilities within the National Capital Region (Arlington, VA / Washington, DC metro area).
 * Telework: Up to 2 days per week situational telework as authorized by project leadership.
