They'll Lead and develop Chiefs of Network and Network Superintendents, fostering a culture of Safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Company standards. They'll partner across operational and support Teams to drive network performance, operational excellence, and initiatives related to technology, training, reporting, analytics, and operational strategy. The Senior Manager NOC Network Operations leverages strong Leadership, communication, and decision making skills to enhance reliability, improve efficiency, and support positive operational and Customer outcomes.
