This role involves providing on-site and remote IT support to schools, alongside assisting with installations, upgrades, and project work. You will work closely with school staff, becoming a trusted extension of their internal team while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise. The role is primarily field-based, with flexibility to work from home outside of scheduled site visits. You'll also receive support from our helpdesk and senior engineering teams when required.
