In this role, you will balance technical leadership and people management to ensure your team delivers reliable, scalable, and impactful healthcare technology. This role is responsible for delivery and integration of services centered around the Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Health Cloud) platform. What You'll Do * Develop Talent and Technical Skills: Lead cross-functional engineering teams with an explicit focus on talent development. You are directly responsible for the awareness and development of essential technical skills within each team, fostering growth through regular 1:1s, ongoing mentorship, and clear career pathing. * Drive Agile Delivery: Own the day-to-day execution and delivery of your team.
