* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 * 6-8+ years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
 * Strong experience with:
 + .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
 + C#
 + JavaScript
 + HTML5
 + CSS3
 * Experience developing RESTful Web APIs.
 * Strong SQL Server experience, including:
 + Database design
 + T-SQL
 + Query optimization
 + Performance tuning
 * Solid understanding of software architecture and enterprise application design.
 * Experience building both client-side and server-side web applications.
 * Experience developing data-intensive business applications, dashboards, reporting, and workflow solutions.
 * Experience supporting and maintaining production applications., * Experience with Blazor.
 * Experience using UI component libraries such as Syncfusion, Telerik, SpreadsheetGear, and Bootstrap.
 * Experience with Microsoft Azure.
 * Background working on financial applications is a plus.

 * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices.
 * Support and enhance existing business-critical applications.
 * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
 * Participate in software architecture, design discussions, and code reviews.
