## About the Role

* Strong hands-on Fortinet experience across the platform
 * Fortinet certification with NSE 6 as a target level
 * Experience with FortiGate and FortiManager
 * Background in networking, routing, and switching
 * Experience implementing enterprise network solutions
 * Customer-facing consulting or project delivery experience
 * Ability to support deployment-focused engagements
 * Strong communication and professional presence

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

 * Cisco experience in mixed-vendor environments
 * Additional firewall platform experience
 * CCNP certification
 * CCIE certification
 * Experience leading deployments
 * Solution design or architecture experience
 * Experience working on large rollout projects

## Description

* Deploy Fortinet solutions in customer environments
 * Support network migrations and infrastructure upgrades
 * Implement new customer environments from start to finish
 * Convert environments from Cisco and other vendors to Fortinet
 * Read and execute project scopes accurately
 * Work directly with customers during implementation projects
 * Collaborate with project and practice managers
 * Travel to customer sites as needed, * This is a direct hire role with ongoing project work.
 * Houston-based candidates may have more local project opportunities.
 * Remote candidates should expect increased travel.
 * Typical travel is domestic and project-based.
 * Support and monitoring are handled by a separate team.
 * No sponsorship is available at this time.
