## About the Role

* 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role

 * Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

 * Experience with user stories, APIs, integrations, and data flows

 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

 * Healthcare technology or benefits administration experience

 * Process improvement and systems analysis experience

 * Exposure to SQL, reporting, or data analysis tools

After onboarding, employees work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. As a result, only candidates local to the Albany/Troy area will be considered.
