As part of our People Function, we are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Systems Coordinator to support the accurate and efficient management of employee data within our payroll systems.

This role is critical in ensuring employee lifecycle transactions are processed accurately, compliance requirements are maintained, and data integrity remains at the center of every action. What You'll Do

 * Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, terminations, and payroll updates
 * Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and related systems
 * Audit and validate employee data to ensure compliance and accuracy
 * Support process improvements and automation initiatives
 * Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries
 * Assist with location updates, deduction changes, transfers, and payroll invoicing activities
