 * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience working in technical field service, equipment repair, or quality-focused environments.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 * Knowledge of electronic equipment operation and safe handling practices.
 * Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement corrective and preventative solutions.
 * Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical thinking.
 * Excellent time management and organizational skills.
 * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with precision.
 * Dependable work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to alternate between standing, walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday.
 * Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
 * Comfortable handling tools, electronic equipment, and related materials on a regular basis.

## Description

As an Election Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting election operations before, during, and after Election Day by:

 * Performing pre-election testing on tabulators and voting equipment using established procedures and checklists.
 * Troubleshooting technical issues and completing equipment repairs or implementing effective solutions.
 * Escalating complex equipment concerns to project leads when additional support is needed.
 * Conducting post-election testing to verify equipment functionality and readiness.
 * Traveling to voting locations to install, inspect, troubleshoot, and support voting equipment on-site.
 * Communicating effectively with project leads, dispatchers, and team members.
 * Following documented procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
