## About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Network Engineer with a strong foundation in help desk and systems administration support. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user-facing system support and core network infrastructure maintenance.

You will handle day-to-day support tickets, assist with systems administration in the current Google Workspace environment, help to prepare infrastructure for an upcoming migration to Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, and deploy, troubleshoot, and manage physical network equipment., 1-5 years of experience in:

 - Help Desk and End User Support
 - Network Administration and Troubleshooting
 - Networking Fundamentals
 - Google Workspace Administration
 - Microsoft Azure and Entra ID Exposure
 - Desktop, Hardware, and Device Support
 - Customer Service and Problem Solving
