The consultant will triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. The role requires hands-on configuration in FICA with integration to related IS-U modules and a strong understanding of Meter to Cash, account determination, collection strategy, and month-end reconciliation. The engagement is expected to run 12 months. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
