## About the Role

Required:

 * Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
 * 7+ years of Systems Engineering (SE) experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
 * Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
 * DoD 8570 IAT Level I (or higher) if determined applicable by COR for CWIP activities
 * A total of 12 years SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree

Desired:

 * Experience with or knowledge of:
 * Online and telephone customer support
 * LDAP directories
 * SQL and basic database queries
 * RESTful services
 * Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
 * Ticketing systems such as JIRA or Redmine
 * Ability to:
 * Analyze system applications and troubleshoot effectively
 * Understand and clearly communicate complex software systems
 * Update Confluence pages and write technical documentation
 * Assist with customer training on software capabilities
 * Work with customers to understand and define requirements
 * Work independently and proactively

## Description

As a member of the Mission Management team, you will support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization Services. In this role, you will:

 * Guide development teams as they integrate and troubleshoot REST services
 * Assist end users in resolving authorization issues, ensuring access is properly granted or denied
 * Manage and track support tickets using JIRA
 * Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone
 * Approach challenges with an analytical and curious mindset-ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles
