The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience, including expertise with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and synchronization, as well as strong operational knowledge of database maintenance, backups, recovery, security, and user profile management. This individual will proactively monitor database health, respond to alerts, triage and assign issues, and serve as a key technical resource during incident bridges and business-critical support calls.
