## Description

* Effectively lead and mentor teams of managers, architects, and engineers.
 * Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions.
 * Guide technical selection of enterprise-wide standardized applications.
 * Lead management of enterprise applications and associated infrastructure.
 * Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization.
 * Ensure that new technology solutions are optimally designed and integrated.
 * Promote the following qualities in all solutions; scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.
 * Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 * Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions for the customer and Maximus.
 * Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization and customer.
