Preferred Qualifications * Experience analyzing and reporting on AI platform consumption data, including token usage, credits, metering outputs, utilization trends, and cost drivers. * Knowledge of TBM, FinOps, or technology financial management frameworks, including chargeback/showback, cost transparency, and value realization practices. Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. ## Description The Sr. Analyst, AI Billing & Data Intelligence is responsible for establishing and maintaining the data, billing, and consumption intelligence foundation that enables AI financial management, chargeback, cost transparency, and governance across MetLife's Technology and business functions. This role ensures the accuracy of AI usage and billing data, provides visibility into consumption trends and cost drivers, and delivers actionable insights that support investment decisions, optimization opportunities, and responsible scaling of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
