## Description

We are seeking a Deployment Technician to support the rollout of new technology equipment and provide hardware support to end users across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, basic IT support experience, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Local travel may be required, so reliable transportation is necessary., * Assist with deployment and setup of new hardware and technology equipment.

 * Provide hands-on support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and technical support requests.
 * Perform device imaging, configuration, and equipment replacement activities.
 * Maintain accurate asset inventory and tracking records.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users in person.
