Principal Accountabilities

 * Engaging with Cargills workforce to support, solve & prevent Admin PC issues. (Including hardware, software, drivers, submitting tickets, etc)
 * Manage Printers, Krono clocks, Cameras, Electronic Access Control Systems, Wireless Access Points, and help with Network switches as needed
 * Develop preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment associated with Admin equipment throughout the facility, including the management of parts inventory and corrective actions
 * Manage safety culture through training and observations

Required Qualifications

 * Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
 * Must be 18 years or older
 * Basic knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
 * 2 years work experience with computing & networking
 * Good communication skills
 * Ability to read, write and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

 * Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
 * 5 years work experience with computing & networking AND 2 year degree/certification or better in IT or a related field
 * Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
