You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product teams, development teams, and cross-functional delivery partners to ensure high-quality releases and successful business outcomes. In this Role, You Will: * Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for Healthcare Facets programs, ensuring successful execution of functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and release testing activities. * Develop and drive test strategies, test plans, estimations, and governance frameworks aligned with program objectives and release schedules. * Manage test scope, resource planning, risk assessments, defect management, and release readiness reviews to ensure quality outcomes. * Coordinate with multi-vendor, onsite, and offshore teams to drive collaboration, alignment, and timely project delivery. * Partner with business, technology, and program stakeholders to support transformation and modernization initiatives across Healthcare Payer platforms.
