You don't just use tools. You treat AI as a high-trust collaborator, core to how you solve problems. You're low-ego, thrive in fast-moving environments, and test emerging capabilities to find simpler, more powerful ways to deliver. What you'll do: * Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products that support the end-to-end seller journey. * Conduct thorough needs assessments, gather requirements from sellers and stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to prioritize AI/ML features with the highest ROI and business impact. * Ship agents and AI tools in production that lift seller productivity across account planning, pipeline, prospecting, acquisition, and relationship management. * Prototype quickly with AI tools, validating logic and data flows before engineering engages. * Partner with Engineers, AI architects and sales operations to turn models into scalable products, and with Enablement to drive adoption. * Stay current with the latest trends in AI/ML, B2B sales technology, and the competitive landscape to identify new digital product opportunities. How you operate * You can pitch, and you unblock. You walk into a room of Sales, and CX leaders, sell the bet on the product and why it matters, and walk out with alignment. * You resolve misalignment up to exec-level partners, communicate with no ambiguity, and remove blockers for the people around you, not just yourself. * You understand how revenue actually moves across CRM (Salesforce), PRM, CPQ, and billing, and how sellers and CX teams work minute to minute. That domain fluency is what you pour into the agents. * You think from first principles and challenge the status quo. You look at a legacy process, ask why it exists at all, and build the thing that replaces it. * You're data-savvy by reflex. You don't wait for a dashboard; you go into the data yourself, find where the deal cycle leaks, and let the numbers frame the argument. You read pipeline velocity, close rates, and escalation paths the way a good rep reads a room. ## Related Videos - [Data Science in Retail](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/586-data-science-in-retail) - [Marketing x Product: How We Stopped Gaslighting Each Other and Built AI Products That Actually Work](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100244-marketing-x-product-how-we-stopped-gaslighting-each-other-and-built-ai-products-that-actually-work) - [Python-Based Data Streaming Pipelines Within Minutes](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1233-python-based-data-streaming-pipelines-within-minutes) - [The Innovation Formula: Fast Prototyping, Data Analysis, and Real User Insights](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1421-the-innovation-formula-fast-prototyping-data-analysis-and-real-user-insights) - [Building Products in the era of GenAI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/827-building-products-in-the-era-of-genai) - [Why and when should we consider Stream Processing frameworks in our solutions](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1085-why-and-when-should-we-consider-stream-processing-frameworks-in-our-solutions) ## Related Articles - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [The Biggest German Tech Companies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/424-the-biggest-german-tech-companies) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Graph and AI Trends 2026: Why Is AI Running but Not Yet Delivering?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/680-graph-and-ai-trends-2026-why-is-ai-running-but-not-yet-delivering)
