A clearance is not required to apply; however, an interim clearance is required to start. Start dates may be adjusted to account for the completion of the interim clearance processing. * Experience with the proposal process * Knowledge and experience in System Engineering tools and disciplines * Well experienced in Jira * Experienced in Agile planning and execution * Coordinates across IPTs with fellow PEs on design, process, and quality of the product * Develop program execution plans and work closely with the Program Office * Ability to work with a wide range of positions both within and outside of NGC * Development, coordination, and allocation of project and planning requirements, * Strong understanding and broad application of PS engineering systems (engineering standards, configuration management, material review board, process control, tooling, facilities, software, etc.) or equivalent * Demonstrated experience in generating technical solutions in the absence of complete customer requirements * Management of engineering scope as it pertains to budgeting and participation in EVMS evaluations * Knowledge of lean manufacturing and design for manufacturability * Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS * GMD experience ## Description The selected Project/Systems Engineer - Level 3 responsibilities will include the support of the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the Technical Leadership team across A&D GWS.
