This role combines technical expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and data engineering with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product Strategy, Chief Operating Officer (COO) functions, and Technology to identify opportunities, develop AI-driven products, and deploy solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams., * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline; advanced degrees are a plus. * Demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI and machine learning solutions in production environments. * Strong technical proficiency in Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), data engineering, and analytical platforms. * Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling. * Experience developing generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and related techniques. * Experience in asset management, financial services, fintech, or modern cloud-based AI ecosystems is preferred. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and responsible AI practices. ## Description In every role at BlackRock, you'll be expected to apply sound judgement and critical thinking to solve complex problems, adapt as the business evolves, and embrace the curiosity to explore new approaches and technologies while challenging outcomes.
