Success in this role also requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously, the ability to learn new domains and tools quickly, and the agility to think on your feet as priorities shift in a fast-moving, agile environment., * 3+ years of subject matter experience with residential or commercial mortgage areas. * 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst role. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Proven experience owning a backlog in an agile environment. * Demonstrated ability to develop clear problem statements and translate them into well-written user stories and acceptance criteria. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and workstreams at once. * Quick learner who can pick up new domains, tools, and business context rapidly and think on their feet in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. * Strong analytical skills - able to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile differing viewpoints, and abstract from low-level detail to a general understanding of the underlying business need. * Solid knowledge of software application development lifecycles, including QA and UAT design and management. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills., * Experience in financial services or the mortgage industry. * Experience with LauraMac software. * Familiarity driving implementation of AI-driven solutions. * Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate requirements documentation, testing, or workflow automation, and applying ML for predictive analytics.
