Minimum 3 years working in networking or managed IT services. Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking. Experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs. Experience performing workstation deployments and hardware replacements. Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. Experience with Microsoft 365. Strong troubleshooting skills for networking, hardware, and software. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders when necessary. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications MSP experience. Ubiquiti UniFi experience. Dell server experience. Hyper-V experience. Veeam Backup experience. Microsoft certifications. CompTIA Network+ or equivalent. Experience supporting dental or healthcare offices. ## Description As a Network & Field IT Support Technician, you will install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technology systems for healthcare clients., Install, configure, and troubleshoot business-class routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and network infrastructure. Configure TCP/IP networking, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and business internet connections. Install and replace desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, and other network-connected devices. Perform workstation deployments, hardware upgrades, and complete office technology refreshes. Perform server replacements and data migrations. Troubleshoot Windows desktop and Windows Server environments. Install and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and user accounts. Diagnose wired and wireless networking issues. Test, terminate, label, and troubleshoot CAT5e/CAT6 network cabling. Perform cable cleanup and rack organization. Install battery backup systems (UPS), server racks, switches, patch panels, and structured cabling. Configure and troubleshoot business Wi-Fi environments. Support practice management software and dental imaging systems (experience is a plus). Provide remote support using remote access software. Travel to customer locations throughout the Tampa Bay area for onsite service calls. Accurately document work performed and maintain detailed service tickets.
