## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience supporting EDI, digital transformation, or business systems.
 * Strong knowledge of SAP EDI, ERP integrations, and EDI transaction management.
 * Experience with SQL, Power BI, and data analytics.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills., * PMP Certification preferred.
 * Experience with Aeroxchange or aerospace EDI platforms.
 * Proficiency in Alteryx for data transformation and workflow automation.
 * Experience implementing enterprise automation and digitalization initiatives.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced EDI & Digitalization Program Administrator to support and enhance enterprise EDI operations while driving digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining reliable customer EDI connections, expanding SAP-based EDI capabilities through Aeroxchange, and leading automation projects that improve operational efficiency using SAP, Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI., * Manage, monitor, and optimize EDI transactions across SAP, Mainframe, and internal ERP systems.

 * Troubleshoot EDI errors, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
 * Support onboarding of new customers to SAP-based EDI environments via Aeroxchange.
 * Lead digitalization initiatives by mapping SAP data to internal applications and automating business workflows.
 * Design and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI.
 * Develop and maintain EDI process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
 * Ensure compliance with documentation, testing, and change management best practices.
 * Collaborate with Customer Service, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation strategies.
 * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in EDI and digital transformation.
