Cloud Comfort HVAC is looking for a highly organized HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving scheduling challenges, and being an important part of a growing team., The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, monitoring appointment progress, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience., * Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation appointments.

 * Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
 * Monitor technician routes and daily schedules.
 * Coordinate emergency service requests.
 * Maintain accurate scheduling records.
 * Work closely with service managers and technicians.
 * Assist with inbound customer calls.
 * Enter and update customer information in company software.
 * Help maximize technician efficiency and productivity.
 * Provide exceptional customer service.
