If you've supported pharmacy management software, enjoy troubleshooting everything from workstations to networks, and like seeing the direct impact of your work on patient care, we'd love to meet you. This isn't a help desk job. You'll be the person pharmacy teams rely on when technology matters most. What Makes This Role Different? You'll work directly with pharmacists, technicians, and operational leaders to keep our pharmacy systems performing at their best. Every day is different. One morning you may be configuring a new workstation. By lunch you could be troubleshooting PrimeCare. The afternoon may have you helping implement a new StatSafe interface or traveling to another pharmacy location to solve a network issue. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and meaningful work, you'll fit right in.
