## Description

We are hiring an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and Microsoft Windows issues while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and IP phones.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
 * Perform Active Directory administration and device imaging.
 * Manage ServiceNow tickets and maintain IT asset inventory.
 * Support Cisco VPN, Citrix, and remote support tools.
 * Assist with IT deployments and projects.
