## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle CX Sales Cloud implementation for a global electronics manufacturer. The successful candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English and have a proven track record managing Oracle Cloud implementation projects., * Fluent Mandarin and English (Mandatory)

 * Oracle CX Cloud Implementation
 * Oracle CX Sales Cloud
 * Project Management
 * Enterprise Software Delivery
 * Stakeholder Management
 * Risk & Issue Management
 * Agile and Waterfall methodologies
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills
 * Willingness to travel to Taiwan

Preferred Qualifications

 * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
 * Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementation programs
 * Experience working with global enterprise clients
 * Manufacturing industry experience preferred

## Description

* Lead end-to-end Oracle CX implementation projects.
 * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 * Facilitate project planning, status meetings, and executive reporting.
 * Identify and mitigate project risks.
 * Ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
 * Coordinate onsite and offshore project teams.
 * Support Taiwan rollout and future global deployment.
