* Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.

 * Experience with TestNG or JUnit.

 * Experience with version control systems such as Git.
 * Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

 * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with API testing (Postman or Rest Assured).
 * Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to lead testing activities for enterprise applications with a strong focus on Test Automation, Selenium, and Java. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing automation frameworks, leading QA teams, and delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities

 * Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testing processes.
 * Lead and mentor the QA team in executing manual and automated testing activities.
 * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
 * Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
 * Track, prioritize, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
 * Analyze test results and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.
 * Stay current with emerging test automation tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
