Preferred: * Experience supporting federal government IT environments. * Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one. * Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, networking equipment, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and audiovisual technologies. * Familiarity with education systems, testing center technologies, or enterprise IT asset management. * Experience preparing technical documentation, equipment inventories, and operational reports. * Additional industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, Network+, or related certifications). ## Description Wisemen Multimedia, LLC is seeking experienced Information Technology Specialists to support an Education Center. This position is responsible for administering and maintaining the Education Center's information technology environment, including Windows workstations and servers, network infrastructure, computer laboratories, testing systems, audiovisual equipment, and end-user support. Successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of mission-critical IT systems in a federal environment.
