## About the Role

* 3-5 years of relevant System Administrator experience
 * Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting multiple clients or environments
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
 * Hands-on experience creating and managing SharePoint sites
 * Proven experience creating and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
 * Practical experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance
 * Solid understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server administration
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

 * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, or similar)
 * Experience with RMM and PSA tools commonly used in MSP environments
 * Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
 * Exposure to Azure infrastructure and networking fundamentals

## Description

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with a background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple client environments (or complex internal environments), has strong hands-on Microsoft administration skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, ticket-driven support setting., * Provide Tier 2/3 system administration support across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD/Entra environments

 * Design, deploy, and maintain SharePoint sites and site collections for internal teams and/or clients
 * Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration standards
 * Configure and manage device policies, compliance, and app deployment through Microsoft Intune
 * Monitor system performance, backups, and security across servers and endpoints
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory / Entra ID)
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
 * Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
 * Participate in on-call rotation as needed
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and IT projects as assigned
