* Partner with Sales to provide technical pre-sales support that advances opportunities.
 * Become a subject-matter expert on swissQprint hardware and software.
 * Troubleshoot via phone, email, and remote tools with calm, clear guidance.
 * Execute media testing and sample print production for customer approval.
 * Deliver compelling equipment demonstrations.
 * Maintain demo gear and assist with trade show readiness and booth support.
 * Complete essential administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
 * Keep workspaces-ours and customers'-organized and clean.
 * Pursue ongoing learning to sustain and expand your qualifications.
