(2 years may be substituted with advanced degree in engineering or related discipline) * 7 years of experience working in reliability discipline. * Knowledge of fluidic, optical, and/or electro-mechanical systems. * Experience with test automation (LabView, Arduino, etc.). * Experience utilizing FMEA to guide team discussions and priorities. * Statistical knowledge, especially related to six sigma tools and methodology, design of experiments, and reliability modelling. * Experience managing large sets of data using data processing tools such as Minitab, MATLAB, JMP, or R., 1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Reliability Engineer (Cre) Or Reliability And Maintainability Engineering Certification. ## Description Play a critical role in the development of new life sciences technology as a Sr. Reliability Engineer I in the Reliability Engineering team within R&D, enabling our products to realize their promise to improve human health. Be a leader of multiple reliability projects. Guide project teams through reliability specification, reliability allocation, component reliability test planning and execution, defect prioritization, and system reliability testing. Assess product risk through data-driven statistical analysis.
