Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification is a plus. * Cloud Proficiency: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and major providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Foundational or practitioner-level cloud certifications are a strong plus. * Change Frameworks: Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and Lean/Agile operational principles. * Analytical Problem-Solving: Proven ability to define key performance metrics, map workflow bottlenecks, and translate complex data into actionable operational fixes. * Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment across varied enterprise groups., * High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 4+ years operating at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations. * Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers., * High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Technology * 4+ years of Cloud Solutions and Business Operations experience required. * Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers. ## Description As a Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business operations and technical cloud transformations. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate organizational readiness, streamline legacy workflows, and ensure enterprise business units are fully equipped to maximize cloud-native environments. If you excel at translating complex technical shifts into smooth operational transitions, driving change, and measuring impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global cloud delivery model. This is a 100% remote position that requires 25% to 50% travel to meet with enterprise teams, key stakeholders, and operational business units. Core Responsibilities * Process Mapping & Workflow Optimization: Map current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
