Working closely with architects, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders, you'll help modernize mission-critical CRM capabilities that directly support Veterans across the country., * Design, develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications. * Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and automation. * Configure Dynamics modules to support evolving business and operational requirements. Enterprise Integration * Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse. * Design scalable integration solutions supporting enterprise CRM modernization. Technical Leadership * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Mentor junior developers and promote Microsoft development best practices. * Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical planning.
